Been using them regularly since I started HRT in late '22, and still do even after switching to injections as they're one of the few intra-EU sources of prog. Finnish customs is not just tight w/ outside EU packages, but extraordinarily slow. Absolutely no complaints, and i'll be happily using them for many years to come.

For UK clients their service is second to none, in deed they hold my current record, from shipping to arrival in 2 days (no joke). If you are considering ordering tell them Kat sent you,, and you'll receive err nothing as a discount lol. Anyway I've used them for years, they're really lovely trans people. Oh. And don't let the displayed website stock levels put you off,, contact them for the actual facts and availability on any medication they offer. And unless you 'go generic' the branded items really are the branded items, so if you want better than the stinky NHS has to offer, seriously drop them a line, but sometimes you just need to be patient for a reply that's all (especially if you message at the weekend). Went perfectly and arrived in roughly a week (first time 8 days, second time 9 days as I ordered inconveniently over the weekend). Much more payment options possible then DIYHRT.market claims, but you'll have to write an e-mail to them. In case you have such issues with formulating e-mails yourself as I do, here is the one I used which you can use as a template (my subject line was "Payment details") (obviously change the "SEPA Bank Transfer" thing if you want to use another way): " Hi, I would like to request your payment details as requested on the website (for SEPA Bank Transfer if possible please). My order number is [Insert your order number here]. Sincerely, [my name]. " You'll only have to ask this once, afterwards you don't have to ask anymore. Once you paid you'll have to tell them that. I've written the following e-mail (subject line: "Payment for order sent"): " Hello, the payment should be sent. Kind regards, [my name] "

Everything went smoothly, order was shipped a few days after ordering and due to the Schengen Area it was also shipped in like 3-4 days. I ordered Progestan and paid with SEPA.

For shipments to the UK they required I contact them via email for payments details. After doing so they got back to me within 3 hours with everything I needed to know to pay via Bitcoin and were super friendly about it. After they received payment my order was processed same-day, dispatched 3 days later and arrived in 8 days. All-in-all everything went without issue, would recommend!
