In case you have such issues with formulating e-mails yourself as I do, here is the one I used which you can use as a template (my subject line was "Payment details") (obviously change the "SEPA Bank Transfer" thing if you want to use another way): " Hi, I would like to request your payment details as requested on the website (for SEPA Bank Transfer if possible please). My order number is [Insert your order number here]. Sincerely, [my name]. " You'll only have to ask this once, afterwards you don't have to ask anymore. Once you paid you'll have to tell them that. I've written the following e-mail (subject line: "Payment for order sent"): " Hello, the payment should be sent. Kind regards, [my name] "

Everything went smoothly, order was shipped a few days after ordering and due to the Schengen Area it was also shipped in like 3-4 days. I ordered Progestan and paid with SEPA.

For shipments to the UK they required I contact them via email for payments details. After doing so they got back to me within 3 hours with everything I needed to know to pay via Bitcoin and were super friendly about it. After they received payment my order was processed same-day, dispatched 3 days later and arrived in 8 days. All-in-all everything went without issue, would recommend!
